NFL Week 2 Two Over/Unders To Watch

NFL Week 2 – Two Over/Unders To Watch

Baltimore vs. San Diego -3 – 4pm EST

Chargers host (1-0) Ravens today at 4pm. Both teams have high expectations for the 2009 season. Coming off wins against some of the worst teams in the AFC, they will each be facing a much tougher opponent this week. Despite star running back LT being sidelined, San Diego continues to be favourites in this one.  The Baltimore D should have a big day, but look for Gates to play a big role in picking up first downs and TD’s. The ball should be on the ground for the majority of the game, pounding out yards. Possibly a low scoring battle –under 40.5.

Pittsburgh vs. Chicago +3 – 4pm EST

Bears host (1-0) Steelers today at 4pm. The Bears lost a heartbreaker against rivals Green Bay last week, a game that featured four interceptions from star quarterback Jay Cutler. Do not expect a similar performance in his Chicago home opener today. The world champions should be concerned with the run game as well. Stopping Forte will have to be a priority, while getting the ball in Parkers hands is key to their success. Both defences will be without their stars, Polamalu (doubtful) and Urlacher (out for the season). Expect the offences to be clicking a bit more than usual today and this one could get high scoring – over 37.5.

Free Week 1 ATS NFL Football Picks from Dives

Week 1 Dives Handicapping Sports Handicapping Service Free ATS Picks

Hello All,
Dives Handicapping is back once again this year with the ATS picks. As usual we will be using the lines set by CBSsportsline to determine the sites (often the lines are a full point off the book lines). We have a pretty successful 2008-09 ATS season beating all the CBS "experts" with our free ATS picks. Our Pay picks were 15-8 for NFL and 20-8 for NCAAFB (1-0 for the 2009 season with a win on Akron +30 last weekend). The pay picks are available at, you can also subscribe for our "Newsletter & Free Picks" which will include our ATS picks and weekly articles, sent out each week directly to your email.

As always the Dives selection will be in CAPS and bold. Let's get onto the picks!

Tennessee vs. PITTSBURGH -6
Miami vs. ATLANTA -4
KANSAS CITY vs. Baltimore +12.5
PHILADELPHIA vs. Carolina -1.5
DENVER vs. Cincinnati +4.5
Minnesota vs. CLEVELAND +3.5
NY Jets vs. HOUSTON -4.5
JACKSONVILLE vs. Indianapolis +7.5
Detroit vs. NEW ORLEANS -12.5
Dallas vs. TAMPA BAY +5.5
SAN FRANCISCO vs. Arizona +6.5
Washington vs. NY Giants -6.5
ST. LOUIS vs. Seattle +8.5
Chicago vs. GREEN BAY -3.5
BUFFALO vs. New England +10.5
SAN DIEGO vs. Oakland -9.5

The first week is always a great opportunities for questions to get answered. Of note, will Sanchez be able to carry the Jets? Will Denver have a defence this year? Will Cutler be a star with the Bears? Will the 09 New England team resemble the 07 season?
Hopefully after this weekend gamblers will have a much better idea what the 2009 NFL sports betting season will have in store!

Good luck everyone and don't forget to pick up your College Football picks and NFL picks at!
